U-14’s v Ardmoy – U-14 D Football Championship
Davitts U-14 team recorded a facile, 8-22 to 1-6 , victory over Ardmoy in the county D championship tie played in Ballindine on Thursday evening. Davitts were in complete control in all sectors of the field from the off and scored at will in this very one-sided game. The Davitts attack looked very sharp throughout but they will rarely have things so easy again. Davitts team: Thomas Monaghan, Dylan Higgins, Ciaran Waldron, Dylan Keadin, Michael Mangan, Sean Burke (0-1), Padraig Mangan (1-4), Jack Rodgers (0-1), Shane Treacy (1-2), Cathal Hennelly (1-8), Richie Connor (0-3), Gerard Griffin (2-3), Kelan Cosgrove (2-0). Subs used: Lorcan Diskin, Aaron Naughton (1-0) and Francis Griffin.
