Minors v Hollymount Carramore – Match Report
Davitts Minor team got their County League Div 4 campaign off to a flying start with a 7-19 to 0-5 victory over an understrength Hollymount Carramore side in Hollymount on Monday.
First half goals from midfielder Stephen Nyland and Jack Devane helped the visitors to a commanding 2-10 to 0-3 half time lead.
They added further goals in the second half through Niall Treacy, Fenton Kelly, Gary Bourke, Cathal Corless and Stephen Nyland.
This was a very good team display in difficult conditions with all of the Davitts players used showing up well.
