Minors v Balla – Match Report
Davitts Minors were defeated by a strong Balla side, 1-19 to 0-10, in the League on Friday evening. Balla were in command throughout and led by 1-14 to 0-3 at halftime after making full use of the wind they had assisting them.
Davitts performed better in the second half with players like Denis Fahy, Jordan Flanagan, Patrick Keadin, sub David Devane, Daniel Huane, Shane Treacy and Evan Ronayne showing up well but Balla never looked in any trouble.
