The final score was 4-15 to 0-9 as the power and fitness of the visitors proved too much for Davitts. After leading by 3-7 to 0-4 at the interval, the Mitchels went on to win easily and show why they are top of this league.
Best for Davitts were Martin Cosgrove, Donal Ronayne and Padraig Mangan in an overworked defence and Shane Mitchell, Mark Ronayne, Matthew Trench and Darren Connolly.
