Juniors v Ballycastle – Match Report
Davitts Junior’s made the long journey to Ballycastle a fruitful one on Sunday. They defeated the locals by 2-11 to 1-6 after producing a fine performance.
After a tentative first half, Davitts played much better in the second half while playing against the wind to record an eight point win that puts them in a mid table position in Division 4 of the Senior league.
Davitts had several strong displays in this game with Cathal Moran producing a man of the match performance, Padraig Mangan, Kevin Gallagher, William Freeley, Liam Kearns, Liam Noone, Keith Prendergast and sub Colm Roche all in top form.
