County Board Communication regarding tickets for Mayo v Dublin
The following is the communication issued last night by Mayo County Board to Club Secretaries. It is in relation to ticket allocations for the All Ireland Semi-Final versus Dublin. It does not make pretty reading.
Update in relation to Ticket Distribution
“I wish to advise that due to unprecedented demand for tickets we are going ahead with the distribution of tickets as follows
Orders will be fulfilled at 80% of what has been submitted to us meaning that 20% will have to be reduced from each club order.
For every 100 tickets ordered 80 will be now fulfilled.
All clubs will have the same reduction pro-rata to what has been received.
I am hopeful that all orders for family tickets will be fulfilled and that the 20% reduction will come from Adult tickets only.
The majority of clubs have not ordered any Terrace tickets but there will have to be an allocation of Terrace tickets to every club possibly tickets 1:3 tickets will be Terrace.
All family tickets will be in seated areas.”
