Huge congratulations to Ronan Kirrane, the new Secretary of Mayo County Board and Paul Cunnane who will be one of the two Mayo Delegates to the Connacht Council. They were both elected at today’s County Convention. Ronan is the first South Mayo person to hold the Secretary job. Well done lads and good luck. A proud day for Davitts GAA Club.

The best of luck to Davitts Clubmen Ronan Kirrane and Paul Cunnane who will be contesting the positions of Secretary and Connacht Council Delegate respectively, at next Sunday’s County Board Convention which will be held in the McWilliam Park Hotel. Ronan was a brilliant Secretary for our club from 2010-2016 before taking the role of Assistant Secretary of the Mayo County Board. Should he be elected, he would be the first South Mayo holder of the prestigious position. Paul has been involved in administration for several years and was previously Mayo’s P.R.O.
