Davitts GAA Club will hold their Annual Social in Bourke’s, Irishtown on Saturday January 31st with the proceedings kicking off at 9.30pm. The Junior Panel will be presented their South Mayo Junior A Championship Winners medals and the Ladies Juniors will receive their County Junior medals as well as the usual Player Of The Year awards, Clubperson Of The Year and Hall Of Fame Inductee.
There will be finger food available and a DJ to cater for all tastes of music. Admission is free so why not come along for a good night of craic.
Davitts GAA Club would like to thank everybody that has purchased the €10 Croke Park raffle tickets. The response from the doorsteps has been fantastic as has the generosity of Davitts people living away from home. Ticket sellers will be completing the door to door campaign in the next week or so as we hope to have all of the tickets in by January 22nd. Remember there are some extremely attractive prizes to be won in the Monster Raffle that takes place in February and every cent of the money collected by the Club will be put into the Building Fund. Anyone that wishes to purchase tickets can contact any Club Committee Member.
